The Onemor UGC Rewards Program (the "Program") is offered by Onemor, Inc. ("Onemor," "we," "us"). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
You must be an active, paying Onemor subscriber (monthly or yearly plan) at the time of posting and at the time the reward is paid.
You must be 18 years or older.
Life got complicated and the habit lost its slot in the schedule
Your Instagram account must be public and must remain public through the entire verification period.
One reward per customer per billing period. The highest tier you qualify for applies; tiers do not stack.
Onemor employees, trainers, and contracted creators are not eligible.
Post an original video on your public Instagram account featuring your genuine experience with the Onemor app.
Tag @onemor in the post and include the tag in the caption or on-screen.
Include a clear disclosure that you may receive compensation, such as #ad or "in partnership with Onemor," in line with FTC Endorsement Guides.
Submit your post for review by emailing the post link to support@onemor.com within 7 days of posting.
Views are measured 30 days after the posting date, using Instagram's native view count.
Refunds apply to your most recent subscription payment only and are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of verification. One reward per billing period.
The post must be your original content, created by you, and must not infringe any third-party rights (music, footage, trademarks).
Content must be truthful and reflect your real experience. Misleading claims (e.g., fabricated results) disqualify the post.
Content must not contain unsafe exercise practices, nudity, hate speech, or unlawful content.
The post must remain publicly visible for at least 60 days after posting. Deleting, archiving, or making it private before then forfeits and may reverse the reward.
View counts are verified by Onemor using publicly visible Instagram metrics on day 30 after posting.
Purchased views, bots, engagement pods, view loops, or any artificial inflation disqualify the post and may result in removal from the Program and reversal of rewards.
Onemor's determination of eligibility and view counts is final.
By submitting a post, you grant Onemor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use your content (with credit) in Onemor's marketing channels. You keep ownership of your content.
This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Rewards may be taxable income; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Onemor may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Posts submitted before any change will be honored under the terms in effect at posting time.
Onemor may refuse or reverse rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
These Terms supplement Onemor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply.
