After your 21-day Pro trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to Onemor Pro or move to the free plan, where you can still access daily workouts.

Do I have to stick to one program?

Not at all. During your Pro trial, you can switch tribes and trainers anytime. Free users can switch once per week, and when you do, your progress starts from scratch in the new tribe.

Are there only strength routines?

No way. We’ve got strength, HIIT, yoga, pilates, mobility, and home workouts.
